Amy Parker

Amy Parker joined the Meadowbrook family in April of 2020. She began her career in education at Schreiber Methodist Preschool as their Business Manager, and then continued on as the Director at Open Door Preschool downtown.

Ms. Parker was born and raised in Dallas, attending Highland Park High School, and went on to graduate from University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Business Administration.

She has a 16-year-old son who attends Parish Episcopal School. In her free time, she loves to attend her son’s baseball games, read, enjoy her dogs and cats, and travel whenever possible.
